Found the video below last week and tried it this weekend at herselves place. Bought and used an un-marianted fajita steak from the local butcher, had them tenderize it at the time of purchase. Be sure to use natural lump hardwood charcoal (not typical briquets most people buy made with coal, limestone, starch, binders, etc. in them).
Cooked it like AB does in the video. Turned out great.
For those in the Clear Lake area, this week only Bay Area Meat Market is having their anniversary sale, open since 1974. If you go in and purchase $19.74 worth of stuff at regular prices you get a huge discount on their specials. Like rib-eye steaks for $2.99 a pound, fryers for $0.39 a pound, peppered thick sliced bacon for $0.99 a pound, and some other items. I think if you get all the specials it totals out at about $33. Plus they do have pretty good food to eat there also.
