The 13” barrel assemblies can be tough to find. And at $1200, it might have been cheaper to have the barrel cut. If you can find one, though, dropping the 13” barrel in is easy.Why not just go with the factory 13" BBL?

It was ratcheted down good every time, fear of it blasting down range, who knows though. I'm just glad it can be repaired.

Not to sound like a n00b by don't they make lighter carbon wrapped barrels exactly for this purpose? The SCAR could certainly benefit from oneHeavy as F*** is the final barrel length lol
