Whenever we make Chicken Tikka, we barbecue it, and use legs and thighs. And you can't enjoy chicken tikka without naan.

There a place in N Plano called Masala Wok that has the best I've ever had.

One of my favorite dishes, ever. I've made it several times myself. Clay Pit in Austin has some that's really good. The best I've ever had was from a family owned restaurant in Oklahoma City.

Yep, ate at Sabri Nihari on Harwin a few times when I worked over there. A mosque backed up to my old work building. Also have it up here at Aladin Buffet.

And sabri makes some good food? Ever been to Bijan, on hillcroft? Try the chelo kabob, might be called the koubideh or joujou. All the same

Yup, that's one of the mosques I go to, not really a mosque, moreso an Islamic education center.

Looking at that makes me miss the only thing that I liked about my time living in Kuwait... Mugol Mahal... Quite possibly the best Indian food in the world...

FWIW, Fadhi's on Westheimer & Dairy Ashford will often have a dish they call "Butter Chicken Curry" which is essentially Chicken Tikka and it's AMAZING! Call ahead and ask, they don't have it all the time.

Trying to learn how to cook this stuff as my family of 6 (4 kids) is growing out of the kids menu\prices. :-)
