Sorry for the delay my surgery was for yesterday,
They decided to give me a sonogram of my heart first to be sure I'd be able to withstand surgery.

Well they found a micro valve leaking...

So, they have a plan to fix you up? Or did they already do it.

You know we wouldn’t tease you if we didn’t like you, and wouldn’t be on this thread if we didn’t care about you. You’re family.

Negro please I have known that for years lol
The doc said that the valve is OK its just age.
The leakage is nominal

That sux. What I hate about hospitals/drs - they are never in a hurry. Me, I want to just get it over with. Hang tough, brother - and holler if you need anything (OTHER than one of my 45's.....)

So yesterday they gave me a different kind of test through my esophagus for a better look.

A transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE) is a good thing. I just hope you didn't wind up with a bad sore throat. Sis is probably in the double digits on the number of times she's had that test so we have a little experience.

The good thing is that the test is quite good at figuring out where the leaks are and how bad, thereby leading to better treatment decisions.

If you are in a hospital in Austin , make sure your chart is correct. Can’t have them accidentally sending you to gender reassignment surgery.

we came to the emergency room per surgeon order.
Got checked in they moved us to a overflow room.
Till they had a room.
Welp we gotta stay in here Till Monday

Got results yesterday...
GOD IS MIGHTY AND VERY GOOD TO ME.
no problems. So stuck till Monday to get my legs done but no complaints from me.

... And on the bright-side, in addition to learning Sterling's old heart is up to snuff, we get several more days of poking fun at him too!
