That burger is spiced with some concoction that runs 7-9 million on the Scoville scale!

I used to have a boss who carried a shaker of dried, ground Habaneros with him everywhere. He shook that stuff on everything but his coffee. Don't get me wrong; I like a little heat. I want a big handful of jalapenos on my burgers and don't consider an egg roll complete till I shoot a tablespoon of sriracha on each bite. My mom raised me on, among other things, a "tuna surprise" that was just regular tuna salad with a heaping handful of our freshly-grown pequin peppers tossed in. But people like my old boss or people who would order the burger in that article are on another level way, way past me.
