It probably belongs to designer/manufacturer Mark Serbu. "Bunny" is a friend of his daughter Valerie / "50CalVal" -- also a very nice young lady, who performs some highly-skilled rifle assemblies in her father's plant.
You can hear jets departing nearby TPA (Tampa) Airport. Her location here is probably very close to the typical departure path of runway 36L.
We were normally assigned "fly runway heading" iirc.

Whichever large patches she uses might be a good idea for the internal receivers of my PTR-91s, vs. the small versions for rifles.
