Odd they did not arrest him at his home no information they searched his home,
seems that would be part of investigation, more to the story.

Could be living in that van...down by the river.

Seriously though, words mean things and the FBI has used the term suspicious device or explosive device when referencing what he sent through the mail. That's kind of important, because neither is a bomb. Bombs take trigger mechanism(s) and/or igniters.

I'm guessing one or both of the two were missing and as a result, while functional, they were safe to handle as there is only one that was reported as having been blown in place. The rest were recovered, which led to the forensic evidence necessary to identify the suspect, which if fingerprints were found anywhere, would have been easy to do since the suspect arrested today has been arrested multiple times before.

I stand by my assertion the dude they arrested is full-blown crazy.

Cesar Seyoc, is suddenly "white"? He is a light skinned Hispanic. If he is white, so is Colin Keapernick.
From reading some of his LinkedIn stuff, I'm thinking he's actually Pinoy.

Anyway, "Hispanic" is not a race. Sammy Sosa is Hispanic and he's Black--clearly. There are white Hispanics too. Being "Latino" or "Hispanic" is an ethnicity and NOT a race.
