It might be time for your mom to file an official complaint with the local board of elections. My mother just voted and texted asking why Black Lives Matter masks were being allowed to be worn in the poling place, but other political messages were not. She said the election officials played dumb as to a mask with "BLM" being a political message.
Anyone else see this kind of thing?

They are political activists...IMO, they would argue that the BLM is an activist group rather than political, and for many that are ill-informed about the BLM, they might be correct. But as many of us that do know, a very large part of donations and contributions do go to Democratic political funds. I seriously doubt anyone wearing such is voting for Trump.
Personally, I think they should be not worn.
Plus it's illegal:
Sec. 61.010. WEARING NAME TAG OR BADGE IN POLLING PLACE. (a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), a person may not wear a badge, insignia, emblem, or other similar communicative device relating to a candidate, measure, or political party appearing on the ballot, or to the conduct of the election, in the polling place or within 100 feet of any outside door through which a voter may enter the building in which the polling place is located.
Who is BLM person in regards to the above?

Nice editing. The first paragraph of the post referred to a person wearing a Biden t-shirt at a polling place. Assuming Biden is a candidate, wearing a Biden shirt to a polling place would violate the cited statute.
I’ve never seen a Biden shirt or any apparel for that matter. Only signs and they don’t put them close to the road...I only wanted the law.
I'm specifically talking about BLM.
That's what this thread is about.
I'm well aware one can't wear a Biden shirt.

It was in jest but...Are you saying they don't exist just because you haven't seen one?

Yep, we saw none of that noise on the first day of early voting in Bandera County.I only saw about 5 other people voting when I went and 4 sweet old ladies running the place (church). In and out. Gotta love living in a rural county.
I am excited to not wear a mask and frighten some mask ninnies while I vote in the reelection.Don't forget, voters are exempt from wearing masks.
