Beretta ARX-160 - 22 LR pistol. Made in Germany. 6.5" barrel, 2-30 round magazines, 1-20 round magazine. Front bottom rail monopod with button-release bipod. Push-button S&W spotlight. Fake suppressor(?) I am not sure if this shouldn't be called a heat shield since it is a metal tube with a foam exterior that threads onto the barrel. It also has a 1/2"x28 muzzle flash hider/brake. Comments welcomed!

UTG 28" KIS Keep-It-Simple Gun Case, 600D Polyester, Black

Cash FTF. Meet at a mutually agreed public location. $350

    * I am not 100% sure, but I was told Berreta still makes this pistol but does not sell it in the USA(?)
    * It has a fold-away rear cap on the rear of the receiver, which could be replaced with a fold-away stock like the ARX-160 rifle.

    * Was purchased new. I have not fired it!

Sorry but I cannot ship. Thanks!
Well, your decision to make about shipping no need to be apologize.

I understand many folks do not want to ship but for the life of me, I always wonder why folks think/say they "cannot ship", unless they are in a remote area far from a shipping company. Just for information purposes: Even though UPS no longer ships firearms for individuals who are not FFL holders & UPS account holders, they do ship firearms for middleman type companies, the business of which is shipping guns (handguns and long guns) for individuals. That would include companies like: https://www.shipmygun.com/go/. Of course, if a long arm, you can ship via the USPS. Or you can always ship through a dealer with an FFL.

Anyway, good luck with the sale.

Thanks for the info! If it was a high-dollar firearm, I would do my best to ship it. However, I live in a fairly rural area, and finding an FFL that would ship for a reasonable price is not possible! Just so I understand, can I ship longarms via USPS without an FFL to another person also without an FFL?

If you ship within your own state, you do not need to ship to an FFL and can ship directly to a resident of your state (federal law and USPS regs allow it but also check if your state allows it as my guess is that some may not); if you ship interstate you need to ship to an FFL but you as the shipper do not require an FFL. I have never had a problem shipping long guns via my local post office. I never ship them registered mail, it is a higher cost and takes much longer to reach the delivery end as it has to be signed for by anyone who handles the shipment. I use Priority Mail with signature required. You can check all of that on the the ATF site and the USPS site. Note that regulations can and do change all to often so always check again before shipping.

USPS: https://pe.usps.com/text/pub52/pub52c4_009.htm - scroll down to see section 432.3 Rifles & Shotguns once at the linked page.

Glenn, Thanks! I appreciate your help and advice! I am a Texas resident, so I assume I can mail within the state. If you don't mail registered, what method do you use? Priority?
    Thanks!
