Reminds me of a case in one of my Dad's medical journals. Apparently this women fell out of a third story apartment window and landed on a car jack (the old style, not the new accordian type) with the two-foot high jack going directly up her anus and came out in the thoracic outlet area at the side of her neck. Incredible thing was no major organs were damaged when the jack pushed through her abdomen. Doctors successfully removed it....incredible!

I think Vlad the Impaler did close to the same thing. The victims lived for a couple days or so.
