It never takes six years for SOMEONE to answer; however, you may never get an answer from a particular person. It did take six years for the newbie to make any post(s), which like Hoji, I concur that he hit it out of the park.It would be a pretty pathetic forum if it took 6 years to get an answer to a thread.
If I were homeless I'd do it in the woods, and within a year the area around where I was squatting would go from looking like a campsite to looking like an 18th century homestead. If I was homeless, even if I was living in Fluvana, I'd be planning a move to Austin - for the perks.
Bears do that also.If I were homeless I'd do it in the woods, .....
. . . where no one hears them scream.Bears do that also.
Speaking of bears......https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/9375816/man-bear-attack-found-alive-month-den/. . . where no one hears them scream.
Well, at least we finally heard from you. Welcome to TGT.
I believe you may be grandfathered in concerning the 25 post rule. Someone else will have the specifics.I’ve been waiting 6 years for the right thread.
Honestly though , I surf the classifieds occasionally , but mostly read up on the top thread emails that are sent out weekly. This thread made it in yesterday’s email. I guess I’m really just a dirty TGT peeping tom. Can I officially get that under my name in the profile banner ?
I am glad to know that If f I ever make it to 25 post that it sounds like I can whore out our kitchen table FFL - so hold on hear I come , should be there around 2096 at this pace , get your orders ready.
I do enjoy the reading and information I get to keep up on via the site - thanks fellas !

Mark this date down folks and place your bets. How long will it take Austin to look like LA or San Fran? I'll shoot from the hip and say zero to people pooping on the sidewalk shithole in one year.
Well look at that. Back to back home runs.I believe you may be grandfathered in concerning the 25 post rule. Someone else will have the specifics.
You fail to remember most homeless people are free shit army ranks whose lifestyle is exactly what they have. Besides in the woods would be someones property in most cases & that wouldn't end well. like in the liberal cities. If I were homeless I'd do it in the woods, and within a year the area around where I was squatting would go from looking like a campsite to looking like an 18th century homestead.
Like so?@Mods, I think this should happen.
oh, I know...You fail to remember most homeless people are free shit army ranks whose lifestyle is exactly what they have.
In Texas, yes. There's still large amounts of unclaimed land out in western states, north of the border, and Alaska.Besides in the woods would be someones property in most cases & that wouldn't end well.
Too much work or not enough brains, or both. There is a reason they are homeless.oh, I know...

Even with land that is held by someone else, if they've made no improvements to it and someone comes along and does, there are scenarios where the person making improvements can be awarded title. I imagine negotiating this would be quite tense, but hey if you're homeless you don't have much to lose.
Austin has perks? Not sure everyone views them as perks.
Most of the homeless are addicts and the mentally ill, what kind of workforce would that be?
