Army Nat'l Guardsmen, Need Your Opinion Please

I'm prior service AD USAF and would really like to serve part-time. I dont think ANG is the route I want to go as its too politically correct, and am strongly considering Texas Army National Guard. I'd be signing up with the unit here in Austin and would like your honest opinions of the guard. My full-time job is a paramedic but wouldnt necessarily request a medic job. I dont mind deployments either, been there done that, no big deal, I dont whine about it. I appreciate your service, and your opinions!
