In the United States, you can vote if you are:
National Voter Registration Day coincides with Constitution Day. September 17th is recognized as the adoption of the United States Constitution and its signing in Philadelphia.
Your rights are on the ballot this November. Make sure you are registered to vote.

- U.S. Citizen
- A resident of the county where you submit your application
- 18 years or older on Election Day
- Not a convicted felon
- You have not been declared by a court exercising probate jurisdiction to be either totally mentally incapacitated or partially mentally incapacitated without the right to vote
- October 7, 2024: In-person at local election office deadline
- October 7, 2024: By mail - postmark date deadline
