Ok, so I just read "the 4 hour body", and I'm wondering if anyone here has had any success with the different plans. The diet makes sense to me, it's basically like an Atkins diet with the addition of more "slow carbs". So that I can buy. But the claims about muscle and strength gains with next to no effort or gym time are pretty farfetched. I suppose I could be the guinea pig, but I just wanted to see if anyone (other than the author) has had success with these methods.
