Anyone interested in goining in on a lease? Splitting the cost...

I don't have one in mind, just wondering if there is anyone interested? I have never done a lease before, I grew up in the woods and hunted almost every day for free. So this would be new for me. Looking for a lease that my son and I could hunt, and bring a guest if need be. Would like to hunt deer, Hog, etc...

Let me know if you have experience with, are interested in, and or have a place you want to lease. I'd like to meet up prior to entering any contracts, and I'd like to know the persons back ground as far as hunting and gun safety.

Ok, so if any of us runs across something let's pm the others.. The few I've found on CL run from $1200 to $2000.. I'm gonna make some phone calls tomorrow and see what I can come up with..

Deer & Quail Hunting Lease This One looked good, but it's 5 hours away.. like the idea of under 17 is free, my son is 16.. $1400 is pushing the limits for me though..

Found hog hunt, $50 per day, you can take up to 3 hogs.. Price is per person. Bout 125 west of Austin. Guide is extra.. That's not too bad.. Free would be better..lol

Ok this one looks like the best option for hog, and they also offer dove for thecsame price. Might ask them about a combo, hunt dove in the morning, a nd hog rest of the day and evening.. Let me know if anyone else is interested. I'll call once we have 3 people.. I'd wanna stay overnight and hunt two days..
