Well this effin sucks. I was due to stock up on 9mm since I had some cash flow freeing up. Now this. I have ammo but I'm going to have to limit my range trips until the supply loosens up. Hopefully there's enough time prior to the election for prices to drop some again.

Guess it's time to start considering reloading 9mm assuming components can still be hand. Need to check.

    SQLGeek,

9x19mm empty/once-fired brass is PLENTIFUL & CHEAP. = I've paid as little as 2 cents each.
At least as late as the FEB gun-show in SATX, primers were available inexpensively & military surplus powder was equally available/cheap.
RAW lead for casting bullets is cheap & even sometimes FREE.
(Less than 90 days ago I was GIVEN about 50# of scrap lead, that will be recycled into 9.3mm cast bullets for my "Heavy Game Rifle".)

NOTE: I'm TOO CHEAP to pay big bucks for factory ammo OR for commercial components, IF I can avoid doing so. = For example, for my 9.3x62mm rifle, I receive .30-06 empty brass from a Garand match shooter, who doesn't reload, to fire-form into suitable cases, buy primers & cast the 300+ grain lead bullets. = That makes for REALLY cheap shooting & short of a T-Rex, I can think of no animal that cannot be killed by a 300 grain lead bullet at about 2000FPS

Perhaps, that situation has changed due to the CORONO-VIRUS PANIC since JAN/FEB but I think NOT.

    yours, satx

I listed a reloading set up a while back. Buy it & I throw in all the once fired SS pin clean & sorted brass.

What the hell do people think they need all this ammo for? Pretty sure Corona virus doesn't make people into zombies, just idiots apparently.
Because if you look to the very near future, Trump stands a chance of losing the election to a commie or a socialist over how he handles or mishandles this situation. No matter what he does, the left will try to crucify him for it and they may succeed because idiots will listen to the media and blame him - they will try to convince tens of millions it was the Trump Virus.
