American Reloading feedback?

American reloading had a special on some bullets so I ordered some back on Feb 10th, got confirmation email and nothing since. Do they take a long time? I set them an email two days ago and submitted a request for update on their sight. Nothing yet heard back. Just wondering if anyone else has had simular experiences, don't mind the wait, just making sure it's still coming.

I ordered from them last month. It took about two weeks for them to ship, but I did eventually get the order. When I ordered they did comment that there was a heavy backlog and it might take a while.
