Various plaques were handed out for quite a few things. Including: High Senior, High Lady, High Veteran, High Law Enforcement, High World Shoot, who also won High Vet. I know there were more, just don't remember them all.

Turns out, the guy photobombing, owns a machine shop out Rockwall or Grand Prairie and came out as a volunteer and I think an amateur photographer for the event.

There were a couple events that I was able to attend, that I just could not take pics of.


I say this every time I go to one of these events. It's well worth the time, the travel, and the expense. I can't recall ever being involved in anything even anywhere near the level of the ADSS events. The caliber of people you meet and become friends with, is just second to none, in my humble opinion. The things you can learn and experience are absolutely top notch. And did I mention this; We were served, fresh caught lobster, as in still wiggling from the drive in off the coast, and a perfectly seasoned and cooked steak. With salad and roll of course. Granted, that's not every year, but, it was at this one.

Nice share! Looks like a beautiful day, too.

Of the days I was there, two and half were cold and rainy. And I mean cold by their standards, not mine. Of course, those were the times we were at the outside bays. That also means, three days were of great weather.
