Sad time's we live in. The only way to stop a bad guy is a good guy. We need to protect the children with armed guards just like Washington protects people of importance.

I'd be pretty surprised if that's actually what happened. But I've been wrong before.

so I'm trying to get updates on the actual incident on two different news stations and it's half a page of old and conflicting reports, then 15 pages of ads and quoted politicians running off at the mouth. media sucks

Horribly sad. It really hits me hard when children are hurt.

The only people made safe in "gun free zones" are those intent on causing harm.

I hope more schools will consider allowing qualified employees to have access to firearms on campus.

Best bet now is to let the news sit for a few days and let more facts come in. There's going to be a rash of bad intel coming in before things settle.
