Accurate .22 LR

I want to buy a .22 LR rifle, but I want something that is more accurate than your average rifle. About the only thing I can come up with is a bull-barrel 10/22, but I'm not sold on it being on par with what I want.

Anyone got any ideas?

Remington Nylon 66. One of the reasons it's my favorite gun is because of its incredible accuracy.

I did the bull barrel 10/22, easy to have too much money wrapped up in a rifle that does ok. Then I shot a friend's Anschutz and sold the Ruger the next day.

aint noting wrong with a good 10/22 you can cover 10 shots with a dime on mine at 100 yards if that aint good enough for a 22 i dont know what is. butler creek barrel and stock combo 3/9 40mm scope and standard winchester high vel ammo.

thats how i feel
my 10/22 is about as accurate as you need to be with a plinker whether it be 50 yards or 100 it never lets me down
