    Who buys ammo at WW.
Wonder if they buy TP at the gun store.

I really don't understand those comments.

I'd buy ammo at the local bakery and TP at a mechanic shop if I needed to.

Granted I don't buy much ammo but if I see a deal I'll grab it.

Does your local gun store have a lot of 22lr available for ~$0.05/ round? My Walmart does.

Brass cased fmj in my area. $21.99/ 50. Multiple brands available.

I assume it would be similar everywhere.
Here they have had pretty much no brass 9mm. What they have had is lots of steel and some aluminum stuff at pretty much the same price.

Do they have the same Federal Automatch that mine has or do they have some other stuff ?

Just the Automatch that I've seen.

    $17.99/ 325.

Best deal going that I've seen.
Wally World must have good connections with Federal. Seems like most of the Walmarts are starting to get that stuff. I only bought it once in the past and had lots of problems with it, but I'm going to give it another try.

Only thing I've seen better lately at Wally World was 1000 rounds of Winchester M22 that my son-in-law bought at his store. It was $49.xx so a little under 5 cents a round. Have not shot any of it yet either.

My 10-22 loves that M-22 stuff.
I'm hoping my Glock will like it too. Have not yet found any ammo that it would not shoot just fine. I have sworn off of Remington Thunderbolt though, because it leaded up the barrel really bad. Now I let my wife shoot what I have left of that in her M&P 22 Compact. She does not shoot nearly and many rounds through it as I do through my Glock and I can keep hers cleaned up after fewer rounds.

I hit 3 WW's in San Antonio more often than I want to admit. Never shop ammo there since the gun counter never has a human there. Worse than the paint department even.

I think that is very common now since they have pretty much gone out of the ammo business. I can usually get the person at the automotive counter to call for the ammo person and they show up pretty quick. Yesterday, I actually caught the guy in the sporting goods check out station so it was quick.

Cedar Park Academy. Sierrabullets. $21/box of 20.

I don’t know how good of a defensive ammo this is. Did not find any reviews but bought it anyway.

Yesterday, local Academy had zip, again, in rounds with bullets in them. Picked up a couple of boxes of 28 gauge shells though. Sometimes, its good to have oddball calibers.

Thru all this the local neckbeard troop has been very active.
Especially at the Wal-Mart. They wipe it out daily.
Academy, to their credit, has blunted that shit with the 2 box minimum.
I hope academy doesn’t drop the limit. Increasing it another box or two would be okay.
Agreed. I think the folks who buy up everything then list online at significant markups are the reason ammo is scarce
