I would consider them all suspect.
Both cases in your OP appear to be handloads as the primer pocket crimp appears to be removed, a step necessary to reload the used cases.
Here's the thing, I'm assuming it was all free. If you chance it, shoot them, and there's an issue that blows up a gun, how much are stitches or worse going to cost you?
I have heard stories of older loaders getting a little dementia and loading up crazy stuff like rifle cases full of pistol powder. It has happened.
Don't get me wrong, if you shoot every round and they work great I am happy for you. I just need you to understand that it only takes one bad round in all those cans of unknown ammo to give you a lifetime of regret.
