Rode CRANK AND DRANK last night and got done with trails JUST as the rain hit. Road (as in rode road) home in the rain and had a great time.

For anyone in S Austin Crank and Drank meets every Tuesday @6p if the trails are in good shape. Usually A, B, and C groups and this time they had a couple of guys lead a urban ride on gravel bikes.

The A guys are fast... I can barely hang on.

I will add that riding a bicycle in a recreational weed legal state is……challenging. Seems like one in five cars that pass me smell like ganja.

I will probably stick to 0300ish rides as there are less people on the roads

Let’s add 27 miles to this week’s total. 13.5 out and back on the Kal-Haven trail.

This trail goes from Kalamazoo to Lake Michigan. Total one way is about 34 miles.

If I can knock 27 miles out after working 10 hours walking up stairs all day I think if I get good weather I should be able to do the whole trail and back. We will see
