What it can only happen if the Constitution says so? You are showing ignorance about property law. BLM manages one side, if the river moves they have an obligation to us, the citizens they manage the land for, to be good stewards and take possession of what legally should be our land. That is if they are correct. That is what courts are for. Just ask Patterson. He has said it's established law they just have to prove their case.

Me and you will never agree on this
    Not even close
I see that video posted in this thread of those lying bastards bragging about taking land and it angers me
You see it and you defend their actions and existence
I have to put you into the same category as BLM

    No gray area here

I haven't seen anything and I'm not defending anything just saying you don't know crap and the way you speak of it makes that obvious. States, private landowners, feds, Heck countries fight about this crap all the time. Trying to make it some big constitutional over reach issue is absurd. Maybe in this case it's BS but the idea that such a situation is automatically evil is ignorant.

    Wanna hear something scary?
I was reading the Orange TX paper this week, reading the list of crimes and Police activity.

There were two different situations where the suspect was charged with "Terrorist threats". No details, but this scares me seeing this type of charge seemingly overused.

But they told us the Patriot act wasn't meant to be used against Americans, right?

PATRIOT is an acronym, if you didn't know. And all that Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) a.k.a. Title 50 stuff falls right in line with it. So does all that CALEA (Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement) Act stuff.

Dude thats a Texas crime. It's when someone threatens another person with bodily harm with the intent to cause fear. It isn't overused because it's dang hard to prove so you can bet that it's a pretty good case. It would take about 10 sec to google this crap but instead you make an absurd and paranoid, not to mention incorrect, post about the name of this crime. It's just sad.
