I think that was Margaret Thatcher. Churchill's quote was along the lines of "If You Are Not a Liberal at 25, You Have No Heart. If You Are Not a Conservative at 35 You Have No Brain" I suppose in Sir Winston's estimation I'd have no heart, because I sure as hell wasn't a liberal at any age I was old enough to know the difference. I can live with that.
