Grandsons, maybe. we have 10 GK’s, the 2 at Baylor Med are the worst.

They grew-up in luxury, one in Preston Hollow, the other bay-front Pensacola.

Never had a job, balanced a budget, raised a child, built anything, ran a business, hired/fired, etc. But they KNOW everything. Their “pissant professors”, who hadn’t done any of those, either, told them that Marxism would be wonderful. They vote and ridicule us.

I have one [of my adopted daughter]. He's dying slowly of an incurable blood disorder. HIs 'adopted' mother was born with lupis among other things and she's in constant pain. Her courage is inspiring.

So make the best of the 8 others you've got. Express gratitude for your abundance. Bless them all anyway. Be well.

The history classes I took at UT in the 90s were barely better than no history instruction at all. It's hardly surprising that they've removed that requirement. People who don't know history are more easily led into slavery.
