Glad you had a safe trip and nice to meet you.

I got no problem with pics. Meant to a few myself and we got a little busy.BTW, I was going to post pics but I'm sure they're all redundant. Any interest?
Likewise for me and Dustin......and a bit more today. You and me both.
If my mug isn't in them, post 'em. A couple so far are usable but I need better ammo (pics) to yank one of those west Texas boy's chain.BTW, I was going to post pics but I'm sure they're all redundant. Any interest?
Sorry I forgot to give you the clothes pins Byrd. I can be a top shelf idjit at times.
I left at 3am to get there early, but then sleep is overrated. It was previously mentioned that the area and range are due to proximity of people in the triangle of the three major cities. Even with that some had a pretty good drive.
Is there a number of hours folks are willing to drive? For those that don’t drive too far, what would that number be that would make it too far?
For those west Texas boys, would another hour or so for a better range be too much?
Got to thinking about what Dawico said about previous meets and some of the fun that was had. If there was a range that would allow it, or someone’s deer lease that could be used, what is the point it’s not worth the extra fun?
I stayed at the Best Western in Copperas Cove. It wasn't in the best area but it wasn't bad. The hotel was reasonably clean and cheap. It was 10 minutes from the range. I'll stay there again in the future. That said, for future planning, anyone stay in a motel they can recommend in the area that was reasonable and might fit that bill?
Ditto.Kalena, thanks for coming out
Well, it's ~3.5 hours for me, though it took me 5.5 hours this time. I was on the road for an hour before I realized I had forgotten my CPAP machine so I had to go back home for it. Life sure is harder when you do stupid things. Is there a number of hours folks are willing to drive?
Welcome to the forum and happy you made it to the reunion.First post.
True, Houston would be out of the question for me.Well, it's ~3.5 hours for me, though it took me 5.5 hours this time. I was on the road for an hour before I realized I had forgotten my CPAP machine so I had to go back home for it. Life sure is harder when you do stupid things.
As for your question, I'll start to balk at a 6 hour drive and if it's 8 or over I'll probably pass.
First post.
I enjoyed meeting everybody and wasting everyones ammo. Thank you for having me. If any of you are in the pearland area and want to exercise your rights a bit, I will gladly drag you out to PSC to do a little volunteer work planting some freedom seeds.
