I got up and actually made & ate breakfast before noon. I had ham, egg with cheese in a toasted hamburger bun. Next I boned out some ham for ham salad, the rest of the ham bone went into the freeze for some red beans & rice down the road.
After cleaning out the hand blenders food processor I made some scratch Hummus. I still need to chop some Kalamata olives to blend in to it & that the pine nuts for on top with a nice layer of olive oil. My batch of Tabouli is rehydrating awaiting some grape tomato, artichoke quarters & olive oil.
Next I'll mix up the cure for a batch of buckboard bacon, the from there I'll bone out a pork butt for the bacon & some for a sw green chili pork stew.
