I was thinking more Browning BAR-22 minus the tube magazine.Am I the only one that thinks it looks like a Crossman 760 with a magazine?
Something wrong with this ^^ guy. Spreadsheet updated. This thread reminded me I have a Henry 357/38 lever action I’ve never fired.

<>I'd prefer it in a hotter round. A 9mm rifle - or even a .45 ACP doesn't really float my boat. A .357 or .44 mag would get me interested - but is probably more difficult to do with a rimmed cartridge.
This is going to be a great seller, I'll get a 'Glock' version due to magazine commonality.View attachment 372927 View attachment 372926 View attachment 372928 View attachment 372925
Homesteader 9mm | Henry Repeating Arms
With the brawn of a workhorse and the beauty of a show pony, the Homesteader delivers versatility like few other firearms can, effortlessly going from bedside protector to varmint patrolling ranch hand and back again at the end of the day. Don’t let all that work trick you into thinking it’s all...www.henryusa.com
I need one to pair with my Omega 36M. Optional Glock, M&P or Henry proprietary magwells
Because FMJ rounds would cause the magazine to detonate.<>
I wonder why not a side-gate tube mag like their lever guns ?
i have never heard anyone oread anywhere where the 38 super was called a 9mm mag!a google search of 9mm mag only foundthe9mm Winchester magnum a specialtyridge!<>
There is always the “.38Super”, or as some call it, the “9mm Mag”.

I suppose factory adapter is going to be better than what cottage industry produces now. The B92 adapters for Ruger PCC are very popular and I'm surprised Henry didn't include it into the launch variety. They did include the M&P.....and offer an adapter to use Beretta 92 mags.
It's dumb because there's already so many good options for double stack, double feed magazines. There's no need to reinvent the wheel, especially if your new wheel isn't doing anything new.I'm strongly considering one. Firstly, I like the fudd chic. I have an AR with wood furniture. But secondly, I'm very intrigued by the interchangeable magwells. Henry magwell is somewhat advanced relatively to Ruger's. It is larger and appears to permit an upright, SMG-style magazine, which is plain impossible in Ruger.
Unlike another member in this thread, I don't think it was "dumb" of Henry to launch with the proprietary magazines, although in their place I'd go with a flush-fit option. However, I'm quite curious why they didn't promise to support CZ Scorpion magazines from the start.
Unless you don't own glocksLet’s be real though…Glock mags are the way to go.
It’s still a good choice for a stand alone set up. The mags are reliable and affordable.Unless you don't own glocks
