It's funny because it's a brand new tattoo of what is 'supposed to be' a Nike logo.
I can't explain the vertical lines, however.
Really bad tattoos can be funny.

OK, I accept your explanation but it's gotta be a partial one. There's more to this. I hope we find out more.

Well, it's all in what we interpret, I guess.
That is what it was explained as in the, "World's Worst Tattoos".
There are some 'really' bad tattoos, so I just don't even question them.

I don't even know what a, "this person is dead" graphic is.

I was wondering and looked it up, I didn't see what you did, but I did see a lot of gaming 'dead' images, I didn't see a link to make me think of that though.
Anyway, now that you mention it, I do see the 'x' for the eyes, but I would have not seen that had you not brought it up.

Really I think that this 'artist' thought he was making some relevant art, plus, there was probably drinking involved. heheh

I don't understand a lot in these memes, to be honest, but then again I have led a protected life.
