Can the west side support shooting a BMG? I can bring my RN-50 if folks want to shoot it.

Bringing folding tables and an EZ up. And Q. Bought a pork butt over the weekend, but have not received TXRedneck's rub recipe.

If someone can bring buns and cole slaw for the pulled pork that would be great.

I picked up a 15lb brisket for the 17th. Just hope it feeds everyone. I could end up with over 30 members if the maybes show up.

Would have loved to have made one or the other, but unfortunately for the next six to eight months, I'm going to have some other pressing appointments that are going to consume my time and energy.

I can understand "pressing appointments that consume time and energy". Been there, done that.

But what better way to come down from all of that pressure, than to relax for several hours with some TGT friends, shooting, talking about everything and nothing, just shooting the breeze, relaxing, etc, etc. Getting your mind off of the past and future medical issues could/would help out your mental pressures.

Just a thought.

I had thought about that, but once I start this treatment regimen, the medication is going to severely impact my abilities to move around and sap my strength quite a bit. Much as I want to, I just don't think it's going to be possible this time around. I'm going to concentrate on getting better and maybe being able to make a future reunion meet.
