I'm new and would love to put faces to names. I'm also right in the middle of both sites (4hrs). I'd try to make both if they were on different days.
Can the west side support shooting a BMG? I can bring my RN-50 if folks want to shoot it.

Just a suggestion, but maybe put up a poll with possible dates for both events and let everyone vote on what days are best for them. Then you would have percentage to show which dates are the best for the majority of those that wish to attend.
