Usually I don't, but I was waiting on a call and I didn't know the number they would use when calling. All of the out of state numbers I just didn't answer and deleted. And that's why I don't answer unknowns.
Now that's some funny shit!My kids still laugh when they remember my antics for one scammer. I answered the phone and spoke VERY quietly. After being sufficiently convinced they cranked their headset volume up as far as it would go, I stuck the phone in a pot and started banging away with a wooden spoon.
I remember that! What was odd, was after reading your post about it, I got a spam call from my number later that day!Been averaging 1-2 per day for quite a while.
I've said on here before, I once got a spam call from my phone number.
Same here. And once a woman called saying she was returning a call from me and wouldn't believe me when I said it wasn't me.Been averaging 1-2 per day for quite a while.

Been taking that approach for some years now.My simple solution to this - I don't answer unknown number calls. If you aren't in my contacts list, you don't get answered, even business calls. Leave a fookin voice mail, I'll read it (visual voice mail) and decide if I am going to return your call.
Yep, I've had that happen also.Same here. And once a woman called saying she was returning a call from me and wouldn't believe me when I said it wasn't me.
I have been wanting to try the jalapeno Spam. The bacon flavored spam is pretty legit.
The occasional message is usually a recording.Do y'all get messages on your voicemail from any of them? I used to, but my youngest (probably 4 at the time) changed my VM greeting. I guess when they hear a little kid's voice they can't or maybe just don't leave a message.
That sounds good.I have been wanting to try the jalapeno Spam.
