I know a little on the subject of being married. First two wives really doesn’t count as it’s practice.

My wife of 35 years is really a decent person. When I went to Africa for a full month without her, she was fine with that. The most I ever heard her say about guns I have bought was don’t tell my dad. When I told her that I would rather work then attend her family’s dysfunctions she was fine with that. Her niece & nephews recent visit was something she didn’t want to happen. I told her that I said they could and they will simply because my word. When my mother in law started thinking she could convince me otherwise, I told her my house my rules.

Don’t get me wrong we argue about stupid shit. Caring for her now that she has been sick has been rough on my old ass. Doing the house work & yard work plus running errands is a lot for this old gimp

    Range update.

So I bought my wife a Keltec RDB because she's small in stature and holding a rifle was just to awkward and front heavy for her. After owning for over a year she finally shot it. She LOVES it. She shot about 4 moa which considering the platform is excellent. She was born with a bad eye, so the rdb being ambi and ejecting downwards allowed her to shoot lefty and use her dominate eye for the first time ever.
I'm so happy she can load mags, insert mags and do an HK slap and rock n roll all on her own. She can sling 5.56 now instead of just 9mm's when home alone with baby girl.

Bottom target is her two groups. One left eye, one right eye.

opinion of the rdb’s durability? I handled one. Did not shoot it. I want to own one but it’s keltec and have shaken my head before being a keltec owner.

Keltec.... I get it lol From all the youtube vids, one consensus was it worked and Keltec finally did something right. It feels kinda cheap like all Keltecs, but has been 100% reliable for me. It's a simple design and the downward ejection is beautifully simple and gravity assisted. First thing I did to it was pull every bolt holding the reciever together and applied orange locktite. The front handgaurd is a little wobbly, but now that my wife loves it, I'll finally order the lucky Irishman metal handgaurd that should fix those issues. I wouldn't make it a shtf fan rifle. I just don't think it would be durable enough, but for a secondary shooter range toy, it has been awesome. It also has a great trigger as far as bulpups are concerned. Similar to an AR milspec. Nothing special, but hardly any creep and crisp break. Again fantastic in the bulpup realm.

She’s doing that good with that kel tech boom stick I say load up the mags & turn her loose on a sounder of hogs.

She can inherently shoot. Years ago, she couldn't hit anything. I walk away and leave her to it. DING, DING, DING, steel started ringing. It's all a confidence thing in her head. Her "owning" the rdb and making it her bitch will go a long way.

My wife took off work today and mentioned she wanted to go to the range and have lunch. Just out here in the garage packing feeling hell yeah. Much better than the day of watching youtube kids videos I had planned. Just of bunch of babbling. Carry on.

What is the SBR with the swiveling stock? Looks like a pistol caliber. Looks AWESOME!

How is the LOP on that Keltec? It looks long.

STRIBOG A1 gen2. I usually spring the extra coin and was going to go A3 with the roller set up, but these things are hit or miss as it is so I went for the simple blow back version. So far it's been 100%. It's on the bench right now with the trigger group all apart waiting on the stones to soak and a new set of springs.
