Why are you shocked? Shocked to see the usual behavior of a hateful liberal inciting violence, making death threats and suggesting unlawful conduct? I am not shocked at all, I have been around liberals for a while. They made the same death threats against OMB.
I wonder if the FBI will act on this and arrest him. Had he made the same threat against the sum-dum-fook Resident of the White House, I would absolutely guarantee that he would be sharing the same prison walls as the "violent" "attackers" from the January 6th witch hunt.

Sorry, the guy is trash, but that's not a death threat any more than me saying religious extremists who want to force their will upon others need to be killed before they kill you. There has to be more elements to rise to a threat or incitement and that's a stretch.

The scenario I see is someone on right flipped after that opinion was drafted, and someone on right leaked it, thus hoping to get them to flip back or forever be outed as another John Roberts ala the ACA vote.

Well, if they were on the right and that was their intent, wouldn't that then mean they turned left? As far as John Roberts, he is of the establishment said to be on the right.

I’ll be surprised if a Justice is the source of the leak. It’d be difficult for a sitting justice to ever be trusted with a draft document again.
