I've always like Selleck, even back in his Daughters of Satan days.... Believe it or not I've met him on a number of occasions. When I was in high school a girlfriend's mother was a friend of his and also the same woman who did the interior decoration on his home. Six degrees of separation and all that.

I've been blessed with the ability to not give a damn what other people think of me. Sure, I try to give the other guy a fair deal and I'm truthful in what I say and do but that's because I feel that's the way I should be, not because I want them to like me. If they end up not liking me.......oh, well.

Tom Selleck has been like that, too. When he tangled with Rosie O'Donnell, he told her how it was and called her on her hypocritical stand on firearms. She acted like a B---- was rude, shouted him down, resembled a female (?) Chuck Shumer and in general, acted like a libtard fool. Selleck was a class act. He handled her like a pro, kept his cool and made me proud!

Ted Nugent and Tom Selleck are two entertainers who have their own minds and spurn the Liberal trash party lines we usually get from entertainers. With either one of those guys if folks don't like how they are, well............you know what you can do.

I liked Tom Selleck a lot before the latest incident but we can ratchet that up several notches after the firearms handling incident!

    That would be so Ironic

I've seen him threaten to do it. Someone on the line starts fiddling with a benched gun during cease fire and he'll tell them to leave it alone (firmly but politely). If they persist, he puts his hand on his holstered pistol and explains that pointing a gun at him justifies lethal force. They might huff about being told they're an inch away from getting shot, but they learn to leave stuff on the bench alone when the range is cold!

Always sucks that some idiots need to be threatened to do the right thing.

Still can't believe the number of people on this Forum that rave about Ted Nugent. He admittedly dodged the draft during the Viet Nam era by purposely messing up his health a month before his physical. As a Viet Nam veteran no matter what he does for 2nd ammendment rights.....he's still a coward in my opinion.

The average age of a Viet Nam combat grunt was 19 years of age. All of us have changed since then. Even Hanoi Jane has softened and expressed regret for what she did. Depending on the date you choose, a half century has passed and we all recognize names on the "Wall." Life is too short to keep hating.

I'm working on that, too. The only hatred I can't let loose of is LBJ but I'm doing better.
