Did you read the article. I made no assumptions in my post because I read it. It plainly stated he solicited an underage girl on the site I mentioned and that he was found guilty of that. That makes him a piece of shit in my opinioin. Oh yeah, the name of the site, that was mentioned in the article, was sugardaddy.com - and you think I assumed something!Maybe the idea of the free exchange of information.
It’s nice that you’ve been sheltered enough to never be incorrect in assuming that you could trust and age verification system. I have no idea what he was looking for besides sex on a sleazy site. Sounds like it’s no different than Tinder except that it should in theory not have underage girls. No idea of Tinder is the same. Not something I’ve ever looked in to, but your making some pretty big assumptions.
The world is pretty fucked up. Part of that is the fact that their are young women out there who are more than willing or even have the goal of sleeping with much older men for whatever reason.
Years ago on Ft Hood a number of soldiers nearly lost everything for sleeping with an underage girl. The only saving grace for them was that all had met her at a bar with a minimum age of admittance of 18. Despite the girl being in a place she shouldn’t have been at her age, and willfully screwing multiple men, when her father finally caught on he went after everyone he could find or get her to name. The fact that he had obviously not raised the girl he thought he had or that she had intentionally deceived these men was irrelevant to him.
I doubt you’ll find any members on this forum who would defend someone who preys on young women, but in the post above you seem to be willfully ignoring the only reason anybody knows this guys name or the fact that he was using a site that should not even have had anyone under 18 on it. Maybe the guy is a piece of shit and knew exactly what he’d found. Even then, it’s not relevant to the post you quoted unless you don’t actually know who he is or why he’d had a target on his back already.

She was a prostitute that used bogus age verification credentials to join a prostitution web service. Out of all the Johns she serviced, the only one to be arrested is the one who mushroom stamped the fed.gov in court. Nah, not suspicious at all.Did you read the article. Why do you mention young women sleeping with older men - the article plainly stated she was UNDERAGE, she was a girl not a woman. He was not preying on young women but you keep implying such by mentioning young women instead of an underage girl but according to you, it is implied she was at fault for being on a site on which she did not belong. My god your frame of mind is pervetedly disgusting IMO, it is like blaming the raped for the rape because she wore a short skirt. Make excuses for him all you want, he is among the scum of the earth. My being a father says so, nothing to do with me being a retried fed as someone tried to say it had to do with.
All of his virtues, if he actually had any, do not make up for what he did.
IMO, that makes is reasonable for him to have assumed she was of legal age and not a minor. And just in case you have not had your nap and are a little less than clear headed let me try to explain it using smaller words.
When CW logged into the site to arrange an encounter, he had every reasonable expectation that the escort he ordered from the list of service providers was of legal age and had been verified by the site. Have not been to the site, but I believe I read in one of the stories covering this that there was a disclaimer on the site stating all members were age verified to be at least 18 years of age.
Exactly. He was targeted IMO. IF they had arrested and charged everyone that had interactions with her from that website, and he was just one of those arrested, I'd say no big deal. She was a prostitute that used bogus age verification credentials to join a prostitution web service. So you want to start in with bullshit about missing naps. I did noit miss one but it sure seems you missed something. As Austin-American Statesman criminal reporter Ryan Autullo reported, Wilson's lawyers had been insisting Wilson did not know the girl was underage. SugarDaddyMeet requires users to check a box stating they are 18, but Texas law puts it on the adult to verify the age of consent (which is 17 in the state). (source)
And I suppose you have never been mistaken about someone's age before? So youi want to start in with bullshiot about missing naps. I did noit miss one but it sure seems you missed something. The article plainly states, if you actually read it to the end, that Texas state law requires the adult using such a site to geta'date' or services to assure the other person advertising on said site is at least of legal age - which by the way is 17 in Texas.
So she was under 17! Wow, so you go on and keep riding on your white horse and keep supporting that piece or trash by blaming her and trying to exonerate him. Yeah she may have lied - and that is terrible but it was HIS legal responsibility to verify she was of legal age and it is worse that he did not think with the head on his shoulders instead of being driven by the other one to disregard his legal responsibility.
professional or personal inquiry?Ain't prostitution illegal?
He was contributing to her college fund.Ain't prostitution illegal?
Sure I have misjudged people's ages, plenty of times - so what - do you somehow think because someone misjudges another person's age that it means the one who misjudged then had to have sex with that person or that the misjudgement had anything to do with sex at all? I have never had sexual relations with an under age female, of that I have absolutely no doubt. And I suppose you have never been mistaken about someone's age before?
No girl has ever lied to you about her age?
Come on man! Be honest.
Let me put this another way then.Sure I have misjudged people's ages, plenty of times - so what - do you somehow think because someone misjudges another person's age that it means the one who misjudged then had to have sex with that person or that the misjudgement had anything to do with sex at all? That's called a fantasy! What if you were underaged at the time and she was older?
