First of all, this Yahoo news article (submitted by the AP, of course) refers to this guy as a "Mexican migrant".
HE WAS A FREAKIN' ILLEGAL ALIEN! A trespasser on U.S. soil!

...he also was a meth head with a "partner" (never bothered to get married in 20 years, buddy?) and five kids ranging in ages from 4 to 20, ALL IN SAN DIEGO!

...perhaps excessive force was used. If so, then the agents who did that should obviously be disciplined.
None of us were there, so we have only this inflammatory news article to base our opinion off of.

But no one can ignore the fact that he should have never been here in the first place!
Not excusing the agents if they did screw up, but merely stating a fact!

I didn't resalize the punishment for illegally crossing into the US was the death penalty, and that our LE agents executed such punishment.

I agree that we should stop illegal immigration, all for it. But saying you just want to shoot all of them like they are game you go hunt is just ignorant and sounds straight up wrong. No matter how you put it these people are people, most of who just try and come here for a better life. It is completely wrong that they come here and take advantage of the system, but don't go out and sound like one of those racist and hateful people that think we should just kill everything we view as a threat or don't agree with. All it does is makes you sound like an ignorant racist scared little child.

I will take back what I said about the racist stuff, but everything else still stands. Just that to a lot of other people what he said could sound racist. You all know how sensitive this immigration stuff is. The word slipped in a moment of anger that shouldn't have been said by me, I should have thought it out, and it was kind of a "cheap shot". It isn't, but from the limited information given, I assume that something happened for the officers to feel the need to use their Taser. I could be wrong and it was murder, but I still won't shed a tear for the illegal. Tasers are not meant to kill, but combined with drug use and other factors, it happens.

Just an observation, but this is an excellent example of just how much political correctness has creeped into the fabric of our society. We shouldn't even be having to qualify that discussing illegal immigration on the Mexican border is not a racial issue. We've got to keep fighting PC boys!

I kinda agree with you.
I would rather send the nonviolent who are simply here illegally home and open season on the Cartel trash.
That way the dirty rotten SOB's wont have a chance to sneak back over here or cause more trouble south of the border. Getting rid of the worse problem should be permanent!
Racist or not, killing off all the Cartels seems like a logical plan to me.
