Because all of the old people who wouldn't get social security, those on medicare/medicaid who couldn't get coverage, and all those on welfare who wouldn't support it because they'd lose benefits - how about now that Pedo-in-Chief has announced his plan to force almost 1/3rd of the US population into getting an experimental shot that could wind up leaving them disabled or dead, and they and their families would have NO recourse - because you can't sue the "vaccine" makers, you can't sue the medical personnel dispensing it, and you can't sue your employer for mandating it? Jihadi-Joe is no doubt set to announce that they'll be tying all of those entitlements to getting the shot. You already cannot travel by plane now without it. So the choice is giving up your autonomy, or becoming a second class citizen - that then moves us into a choice of complying as a state, or telling the feds to piss off. Of course the first option is the courts - but the current administration has already shown they give zero shits about SCOTUS' decisions - SCOTUS tossed the eviction moratorium, and Biden, Inc. said "F-you" and reinstated it. There is no mechanism for SCOTUS to arrest the President, or any executive branch members carrying out illegal orders, so they're a paper-tiger if the executive or legislative branch disregards their decision.

So even if SCOTUS tosses the Biden plan - they can still push it. At that point we either knuckle under or we push for secession. Voting doesn't work. You can't vote harder. 2020's election showed us that voter fraud is more powerful than legitimate voting anyway.

A ‘senior staffer’ has floated that option as a potential lever to pull in the future though. Some jackáss rep from the west coast has also introduced a bill along the same lines.

I have looked and so far the last two executive orders that came out on the 9th have to do with mandating the federal workers and contractors get the vaccine. Nothing else yet.

An executive order has to be filed with the Federal Register to be official.

So far, there are executive orders for federal workers and contractors but all that BS about employers over 100 and such. Nothing.

Here is the problem. There is no way for Biden to write an executive order to do that. He could write one to tell OSHA to create a new rule, but OSHA is still bound by their rule making progress which means posting the proposed change, public comments, etc.
