Poor Billy is a bit hard of hearing. He mis-heard the old adage "2 wrongs don't make a right". So he set out to prove it wrong. He snuck 2 pairs of his sister's T-backs, got a spool of string and went to the park. It was a beuatiful clear, sunny and breezy day. Tying everything together, he tried and tried and tried. After about an hour, he relented stating: "I guess they're right...2 thongs don't make a kite"!
