I think at least half of the mask wearers I've been seeing in the last couple of weeks either wear it below their nose, or down on their chin. I guess those folks will still be in compliance.

My barber is in Dallas County. I'm not sure how you're supposed to wear a mask and get a hair cut, so I'll either be finding a new barber, or cutting my own hair again like I did in lockdown.
I went to get a haircut about two weeks ago. Needed one bad as it had been since late Feb. Lady barber who seems to be managing the shop as original owner is only part time and in his mid 80's now, has always seemed to have an attitude. I asked about a mask and she said she was not afraid, no concern about customers. She also wore no gloves. I wore my mask and will probably not be going back, and filed a complaint to I think the barber board on line. When I went in early Jan price was $14, then Feb $16, and that last time was $20. My wife goes to a beautician out in the country who she tells me wears mask & gloves and wipes everything down after seeing a customer. She asked and will charge me $12 for a haircut, more of a finders fee, but that beats $20

Not "up" on things, who's Karen?

‘Karen is your typical “let me speak to the manager” woman who makes mountains out of molehills and is into everyone’s business.

She typically has the following haircut or something close to it. She is sometimes mistaken for her twin sister, Debra, who looks and acts the same.

Karen is not the 3rd pic, that's Jenny McCarthy, she was known for saying yes and not objecting anything.

You were fine, right up until you filed a complaint against her. If you don't like how she does things, you and everyone else are free to go elsewhere. No one is making you go to that specific shop. I personally feel that she should wear a mask and gloves, but I'm not going to attempt to force her to like some kind of mini dictator. To file a complaint against her and potentially threaten her livelihood because she's not doing things the way you think she should is beyond wrong and has entitled you to this award. Congratulations.
