i watched a video, they're swabbing the same area for COVID and FLU.

    Nasopharyngeal Specimens

I could be wrong. I haven't actually looked that far into it. But this is what I am going to believe in my mind until someone tells me otherwise

I believe the new covid tests don't go anywhere that deep.

Do you know how they test?

They jam a long Q tip in your nose and scratch the back of your brain with it.

That doesn't sound like a good time to me.

Plus I just assume I have already had it so that'd be a no from me.

If I were as terrified as people pretend to be I’d gladly accept the discomfort.

Besides, half the people clamoring for more testing have probable shoved their fingers further up their nose.

5000 IUs of Vitamin D/week is sufficient. Any daily multivitamin should be just fine.
People should be wary of taking more than the recommended daily dosage as found in multivitamins without medical supervision. Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin and is stored in the liver unlike water soluble vitamins which are excreted by the body. Fat soluble vitamins can reach toxic levels if taken to excess.

    Fat soluble vitamins are A, D, E, and K.

Will I die if I eat polar bear liver?

One of our docs said it felt like they stuck a pine cone up his nose
