I'm sure earlier it was 80%, I'm just glad I work in an office now a days. Some of the hottest days I've experienced was when I was a commercial diver. Imagine August, no wind, in the Gulf of Mexico, on a 110' crew boat as a make shift dive boat, tied up to a small platform with no shade for 2 weeks.
