That's interesting.
I've been pre-diabetic for many years.
I started a low carb diet a while back due to increasingly A1c levels, it had gotten up to 9.
My latest blood test showed it down to 6, which is still high, but a great improvement.
Of course this means I'm eating more red meat, lol.
Also cut way back on carbs (especially sugar). Dropped about 10 lbs, blood sugar levels better. Feel better (except at mealtime ).
