I always have some combination of Jameson, Rebecca Creek, or Crown Royal on hand. I am a big fan of Ranger Creek's offerings though I have yet to try their rye whiskey. Just opened a bottle of Bulliet that was given as a gift, not bad. I have however been patiently waiting to try a new one called Leadslingers, just made it to Texas and is supposed to be going on shelves.

.44 Rye is pretty good stuff. As far as Rye goes, I don't think you can beat George Dickel Rye for the price.

Just had my second pour of Corsair Oatrage.

I didn't like it at first, but it's growing on me.

Wow, this thread was abandoned. I recently tried one I thought I would share with you guys.

I don't have a pic, but will post the link. Balcones Distillery in Waco has one called "Baby Blue." Its a bit different, but I kind of like it. Its made with roasted blue corn, and that makes for a different taste than most of the bourbons I've had. Not out of left field different, but an interesting taste difference.

    Way out here
I had a couple glasses from a $3,000 bottle of Pappy's last week. It was good. The owner offered to make me an old-fashioned out of it and I almost choked.
