There is no treatment! Saying what often is how you deal with it!Other than mine is getting worse and can't / shouldn't be ignored much longer, I know next to nothing about it.
I'm wondering what "treatment" other shooters are using to mitigate the problem.
As an aside during my last Dr visit I mentioned tinnitus and he referred me to an ENT but I haven't persued it. A wild goose chase is what I want to avoid.i went to ear dr . not much they can do/ said i should get hearing aids
mine is not too bad except for times when I am in a total silent environment.
I shot a snake this summer with my wife's 380 with no ears on and it just about killed me. For 30 days it was really bad.
now when I shoot, I use foam plugs over electronic muffs and that helps a bunch.
Hearing aids help turn down the ringing.Also, white noise.
