Dont diss the blow guns. I saw a movie when I was young where a spy needed a makeshift weapon and he took the tube from a floor lamp and made a blow gun out of it. Inspired me to mess around. I started with a straw, pins, and some thread. I graduated to PVC pipe, 16P nail, index card and electrical tape. Shot it at a birds nest in the peak of the eaves of a 2 story home. Enough force that 20 some years later it is still stuck up there.

LOL No, I missed by about 2 inches. Then I realized that I would be damned lucky if my old man didn't see that one, I sure wasn't gonna risk the flesh of my ass by sticking more of them up there.
