$44 ea? I just (Sat.) bought 3-10rd mags plus a trimag connector for $65 and I know I *overpaid* for convenience.

A few months back BX-25s went for @ $22.

I just received two from Midway for $ 22 each. I ordered them on 12/27/12.

Midway is showing that they expect to receive some on 03/01/13.

Both Midway and Cabellas have been rationing them since November. When I saw the writing on the wall, I tried to order 5 BX-25's, but I had to split the order. Rugers policy of 5 mags per person seems very reasonable. The cheapest I ever saw them was $22.95, but I thought MSRP was $24.95. The current $29.95 is no too outrageous.

I had read that the takedown only likes the ruger specific mags.

Ah. Well like and takes are two different terms lol.

I know this isn't helpful, but my 10/22 runs BC Hot lips perfectly. Obviously ymmv.
