The merchant account isn't a problem. I've set up dozens for our clients. But that's page two or three and we're still on page one.

Back in Arizona, the AZCDL and students started a push for open carry at the Campus I was at. I don't remember how far it got though. I am all for open carry as I have seen a few people in Arizona with pistols on their side. It made me feel more comfortable.

I don't know what I could contribute, but I wish you luck.

Where do we stand right now with this?
Its all pretty much ready. I had to do some legal filling stuff this week . Ran into some legal issues that I wasnt aware of.
It shouldnt be too long before were ready to jump and run with it.
We just really need to have everything done right before we go public. I got my ass chewed out for being in a big hurry.
Before we go public, were going to be setup for success. Failure is Not an option!
Hold tight, I know yall cant wait.

The TSRA is already looking out for my gun rights.

Are they? I see them as compromisers. I dont see them out actively out pushing new pro gun legislation.

It wont be long before the TXCDL is a much larger organization. TXCDL seeks to decriminalize law abiding citizens.

The CDL is hands down my favorite organization out there.

Yes, and no - and please note I'm a NRA Endowment member, and a TSRA member - so there's no "axe" to grind, here. TSRA has said they have no intention of pushing for open carry laws, so if you have ANY interest in Open Carry legislation, they will NOT be speaking for you. Way I see it is that they have a different mission which I don't fault them for - guess you can say I'm a multi-mission kinda guy...<G>
