    Layton, this video when they discussed the school lunch serving of sloppy Joe’s, I suggest the name comes from how they’re served. They’re usually served upside down in my opinion when the meat is on the bun it should be on the thicker top half of the bun to absorb more of the juice when you’re ready to eat it, and then it won’t be so sloppy.
